This talk will provide an in-depth exploration of the latest trends shaping the future of DevTools, DevOps, and AI within the rapidly evolving Chinese and global technology landscape. We will talk about the emergence of next-generation DevOps tools, with a special focus on the integration of AI to create smarter, more efficient development pipelines. Key topics will include the rise of AI-enabled DevOps practices, the evolution of security frameworks leading to robust DevSecOps implementations, and the development of cutting-edge software factories designed for large-scale, high-quality software delivery.

Part of the talk will be dedicated to the concept and benefits of building a Central Trusted Open Source Artifact Repository (CTOSAR), an innovative approach to dramatically boosting efficiency and security in open-source software development across enterprises.

Furthermore, the session will introduce Gitee AI, a leading AI-driven infrastructure supporting collaborative development and intelligent code management in China. The audience will also discover the broader AI ecosystem in China, including advancements in domestic large language models (LLMs) and GPU technologies, and how these innovations are shaping both DevOps workflows and the wider technology stack.
