We want to ensure a safe and friendly environment at the CodeFest conference for all, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, race, religion or legal capacity.
We ask the participants, speakers, conference partners and volunteers to support us in their efforts to implement a safe and positive atmosphere for each participant of the conference.
All participants, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at our conference must agree with the rules of conduct at the conference, as well as the possible consequences of unacceptable behavior.
Organizers undertake to monitor compliance with these standards during the event and preparation for it.
Be respectful of other participants in the conference.
Abstain from degrading or discriminating behavior and words.
Be attentive to others; In case you notice a dangerous situation or a person in need of help, immediately inform the organizers of the conference.
Unacceptable behavior is unacceptable for any of the participants in the conference: attendees, speakers, partners and volunteers.
Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately.
The organizers of the conference reserve the right to apply to the unacceptably self-acting participant appropriate measures, up to and including forced removal from the conference without refunding the ticket price.
If you are a victim of unacceptable behavior by another participant in the conference or noticed that someone else got into this situation, please contact the organizers right away.
The organizers will help to solve the problem, or contact the security service at the venue of the conference or law enforcement agencies.
Organizers can be identified as they’ll be wearing branded clothing and/or badge, found at the front desk, or at the contact details given below.
All appeals are confidential.
